Whisper BiDec

Whisper BiDec is a Biased Decoding for Whisper models and enables the user to "re-adjust" these models to user predefined texts, leading to improved transcription accuracy for specific terms, names, or phrases. This is particularly useful in domains with specialized vocabulary or when dealing with uncommon names or smaller Whisper models.
